Most tour operators are good in the selection of among the best driver / guides in the tourism industry. This does not mean that you cannot have that special preference of an individual driver / guide.
If you do decide to choose your driver / guide at safari booking , most tour operators will accommodate your request by allocating him to your safari if available for the dates. If not ,you can always make another choice or allow them to do so for your!
