Has anyone else lost a flight booking to Kenya through Covid and if so how have you fared. We had booked 2 flights ahead and lost both . One was KA through Travel Up and the other with KLM – no joy yet !

If KLM cancelled the flight you should get a refund, you’ll have to apply for it on their website and it might take a while. KLM tried everything they could to only provide credit vouchers however after months of pressure from angry customers and push back from the EU they finally agreed to offer cash refunds. KQ handles some of KLMs flights so I would check KQs website.
