Road conditions western Namibia

Question

We will be travelling from Cape Town crossing over at Alexander Bay eventually ending in Swakopmund. We will pass thru Sendelingsdrif on the C13 and D707 to Sesriem. Then on the C19 to Solitaire and the C14 to Walvis Bay.

We will be travelling in a 2WD SUV. What are the road conditions like? is it possible to traverse without 4×4? We are planning to travel during April to June 2021. Any comments/advice would be appreciated.

    Average, all your route are doable with care with 2WD. But no one knows what effect the next rains will have on the going! depending on the month, it can be soft sand and corresponding deeper tracks. Drive carefully,  and  keep your speed down/use momentum.
