Terminal transfer times and method

If you have been to the new terminal (Dar Es Salaam – JNIA – Julius Nyerere International Airpoty), please can you advise me on time of transfer from 3 to 2 (international to internal) and is it a walk, bus … How long did it take to do passport and visa checks (visa done online), baggage reclaim and to an internal Arusha flight? Thank you for sharing your experience.

It is not a problem at all, You walk from the new terminal to terminal 2. Everything probably took an hour including getting a new visa. The Dar airport it’s very simple.
NOTE: Terminal 1 for Zanzibar flights, terminal 2 for flights inside the Tanzania mainland, terminal 3 for all international flights and all the visa and other processes take in an hour.
