Travel from Kenya to Tanzania

Question

Good day everyone, I hope you’re all getting through the pandemic with dreams of travelling when safe to do so.I am a travelling lone female. Starting in Mombasa then going through Taveta,  Kenya past Mt. Kilimanjaro and up into the Serengeti to find a great safari camp.

My question pertains to the actual travel. Rent a car? Can I take it over the border? Take a bus? Hire a guide with a vehicle? I have no idea.

Please advise and thank you in advance.

The easiest travel from Mombasa to Moshi is by Bus, there are some decent buses, which leave early morning and arrive in the afternoon to Moshi, roads are good. From there it is a easy task to hike Mount Kilimanjaro.

From Moshi to Serengeti, organize a Vehicle from Moshi to Serengeti and back.

From there what is the shedule?? To Nairobi, there are shuttle buses from Arusha, mornings and afternoon.

back to Mombasa, again the Bus from Moshi

To Dar es Salaam by bus is a very long run or take a flight from Arusha Kilimanjaro Airport

To Zanzibar a flight from Arusha, Kilimanjaro Airport
