What language do the Hadza speak?

Question

What language do the Hadza speak?

Answer ( 1 )

  1. Hadzabe has three variants of click consonants: dental, alveopalatal, and lateral. Linguists have argued that although it might share a handful of similarities with the Sandawe language, Hadzabe has so few cognates that it is often classified as a linguistic isolate. Most Hadza speak Swahili as their second language.
